Earn policy

DEV (Xspence) is a Mainnet MPT issued for verified XRPL Devnet testing through this portal. There is no pre-mint and no team allocation. The founder earns only via the same participation path.

• Official quest completions (fixed display units)
• Daily depth track: up to 30 reward-eligible events
• Submitted on-ledger failures: half points, non-recurrent per (TransactionType x engine_result), max 50% of daily DEV from fails
• Preflight failures: educational only - no DEV
• Weekly quest and release raid: separate fixed pools, once per id

There is no pre-mint. After each UTC day, the issuer may Pay 5% of the DEV (Xspence) that testers actually Claimed on Mainnet that day to a dedicated treasury account (rKdrRL3dVhfXVqx3FPMB9Ef6BXSmuwzFXr). Unclaimed portal credit does not mint. If nobody Claims, the reserve does not grow. The 1 DEV path probe is not counted.

That reserve is programme float for possible later DEX, AMM, or listing liquidity. It is not a founder purse, not a team allocation, and not an Earn lane.

5. 05Pro payment: XRP from this r matching the chosen term. Accept does not unlock Claim. Pro does not transfer on wallet change.

Devnet memos: ${TT} Submitted by ${mainnet|social} through the Xspence Devnet Portal. Identity side is toggleable in Account settings and matches the leaderboard. Intents are backend-only and never on-ledger. Mainnet claim payments carry TransactionType, time, DevnetAccount, and DevnetHash.

Soft IP fences, hard per-address caps, device-family sticky Earn budgets, portal-origin (intent + history + memo), and claim-time re-verification. Rotating wallets on one device does not reset full daily rewards.

Xspence does not operate a public market or maintain a price for DEV. A programme reserve may later seed third-party DEX or AMM liquidity. That is ops, not a listing promise and not a return. Any third-party DEX or OTC activity is at users' sole discretion. Always distinguish DEV (Xspence) from similarly named tokens (e.g. XPM).

Green / Amber / Red on hubs are a community readiness signal from quest completers - not formal amendment governance or validator votes.
